“My ultimate goal is to make someone’s day easier with my design solution”

About Me

I’m a UX designer based in Tampa, Florida. My passion lies in understanding user behavior, and I’ve always been fascinated by the way people interact with technology. When I’m not out exploring new cities - which is one of my hobbies - you will find me reading about the latest tech trends. I love focusing on how digital experiences shape our everyday lives. This is one of the reasons I decided to learn user experience design and contribute to creating meaningful design solutions. With a strong focus on user-centered design, I strive to develop digital experiences with empathy that are both functional and usable.

My Story

Let’s start by walking you through the early steps of my career!

I landed my first job at Ashley Furniture Industries - right after I completed my MBA and began working there in marketing. In addition to looking after the marketing activities, I was heavily involved in areas such as analyzing user engagement on the website and creative aspects such as content design. Needless to say, the intersection of technology and human interaction never ceased to amaze me. After some time, I moved to Tampa and decided to dive into UX/UI.

I started a bootcamp course and thoroughly studied visual and interactive design, eager to apply the principles in a professional work environment. Some of my most rewarding projects involved redesigning non-profit organization websites such as UNICEF and USDA. Seeing the immediate impact of redesigned navigations and intuitive layouts on the research participants made me realize how thoughtful design can make a real difference! In the long-term I want to work on crafting experiences that are not only functional but also visually appealing.
